APARTMENTS Its apartments are a converging point between luxury and comfort, the experience of feeling at home with a series of options that will bring wellness and relaxation. The 12 apartments are divided into 1 Studio apartment and 11 two-room apartments. All accommodation has soundproofed walls in order to guarantee a peaceful, relaxing night. Their large, bright windows have been designed to provide a proper boost in the morning with the gentle touch of the sun. Every room offers the latest amenities, suitable for even the most discerning customers. Meetings & events UNAHOTELS San Vitale Bologna has a modern, elegant and functional business centre with a congress centre equipped with the latest technology. With 156 hotel rooms, our Bologna business hotel features 7 function rooms with capacity for up to 130 event attendees. Each modular, light-filled event space can be adapted to accommodate your unique event, while a team of experienced staff and a full range of services are available to ensure its success. Each area of the business centre is named after a famous pilot, symbolising the modern and dynamic hotel's connection with the spirit of the Emilia Romagna region, traditionally known for its automotive engines. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
