Program Terms: Program is valid for new first-time meetings, contracting at least 10 rooms on peak. Must contract with Montgomery County, PA prior to December 31, 2025 and consumed prior to March 31, 2026. Program cannot be combined with any other Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board Incentives. A Letter of agreement will be established by end user and VFTCB, in addition to providing a valid W9.
