Le centre d'événements comporte trois niveaux. L'étage de l'aréna, niveau de service, occupe 8 000 pieds carrés, tandis que le niveau de la rue occupe 15 000 pieds carrés et abrite une grande salle de conférence (au deuxième étage). Le niveau du hall comprend les entrées principales, les zones de concession, les guichets et une salle de premiers secours. Le centre d'événements peut accueillir 11 064 personnes pour le basket-ball et offre une vue magnifique depuis n'importe quel siège. La plus grande foule était de 11 363 personnes (places debout uniquement) et a assisté à un match de basket masculin entre la CU/Kansas, le 22 janvier 2001 (KU, 85-75). Les programmes de basketball et de volley-ball du Colorado ont compilé une fiche à domicile de 929-395 (,702) depuis 1979.
