Facility Restrictions
Guests must leave the event space by the “wrap time” specified on the final Design and Layout Form. Otherwise, the renter will be charged for additional time. The View at 322 reserves the right to deny any décor unsuited for the event space or has otherwise been banned in the event contract. The renter may not leave décor or other items at The View at 322 after the “wrap time” without prior authorization by a The View at 322 Coordinator. Anything left at The View at 322 becomes the property of The View at 322 and may be disposed of as needed. If a DJ or Band needs the in-house sound system, the client is responsible for arranging a meeting for the vendor to meet with The View at 322 staff at least 15 days before the event.
