Cancellation Policy
• CANCELLATION AND FORCE MAJEURE: If for any reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, government requisitions, national, state or local states of emergency; restrictions or regulations on travel, food service operations, commodities or supplies; park or building closures, pandemics, epidemics, acts of war, acts of God, natural disasters, or any event similar in effect to the foregoing, Maritime Parc is unable to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, then Maritime Parc may, at its election, either: (a) terminate this Agreement and return all deposits, (b) apply all deposits to a future date that the parties hereto shall endeavor in good faith, fairly and using best efforts to mutually agree upon, or (c) terminate this Agreement and retain all deposits if You have failed to comply with subparagraph (b) herein or are otherwise in default under this Agreement.
