Cancellations Less Than 60 Days: Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued. 4. Non-Refundable Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is not subject to refund under any circumstances. 5.
