Orchard Exhibit North

Located on the Lower Level, the 126′ x 60′ (7,560 square feet) Orchard Exhibit Hall North can accommodate 20 8’ x 10’ trade show booths, up to 350 guests in a reception setting, 170 in rounds, 160 classroom style, and 275 theater style. This room features the latest equipment with our portable volume control and video switching panel (laptop to DVD and all volume controls). This panel may be used anyplace through out the meeting room and may also be used at your podium. The Orchard Room offers 5,000 lumen ceiling mounted LCD projectors with 16 foot screens creating great viewing from anyplace in the room. All meeting rooms feature assisted listening system, basic telephone service and speaker phones, scalable wireless internet throughout the Convention Center, telecommunication connections, hand held and wireless microphones in every room.
