A food and wine affair, with a devil-may-care air. Rare Hare is a special sort of place, defined by aspect, soil, and toil. Here, wines whisper, telling tales of seasons past and the winemaking cast. With room for 90 tails, Rare Hare boasts indoor and outdoor dining (available seasonally) overlooking the vine-laced hills and across to Jackalope Hotel’s striking silhouette. A hand-crafted wood-fired oven takes pride of place in the dining space. Our Executive Chef crafts seasonal dishes highlighting the finest produce with a good sense of curiosity, balance of heat, acidity, depth of flavour and texture to each plate, all complemented by estate-made wines.

Located within the hotel, these spaces offer the convenience of a close proximity to the hotel's accommodation and other in-house facilities. Individually or combined, rooms can be configured from small, intimate boardroom spaces; to large sit-down dinners, with the option of combining with outdoor spaces that overlook the vineyard and hotel grounds.
