キャンセル規定
It is mutually understood and agreed between the parties to this contract that the Customer may cancel this agreement intentionally, by sending written notification of the cancellation via certified mail to The Marigold. In the event said function is canceled by the client, Client agrees to pay Fifty (50) percent of the total contract amount as liquidated damages. Should the said function space be re-booked at equal or greater value, deposits, less a $500.00 administrative fee shall be fully refundable to Client and neither party shall have any further obligation or liability here under. Any refunds due the client shall be paid no earlier than two weeks after the said event has taken place on the contract date.
