Cancellation between date of signing and 90 days of event; 70% of room rental & established banquet charges. • If notified between 89 and 60 days in advance of the event; 80% of room rental & food and beverage charges. • If notified between 59 and 30 days in advance of the event; 90% of room rental & food and beverage charges. • If notified 29 or less in advance of the event; full payment of room rental & established food and beverage charges. Event space rental and room occupancy is scheduled and agreed upon according to the contracted time slots. IPA reserves the right to assess additional fees for space occupancy, extended by the client, beyond the contracted time of the event.
