In 1992, New York Offstage began, when founder, Bev Sambrotto, left her role as Assistant Director of Visitor Services at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Her tenure at Lincoln Center gave her invaluable experience as a producer of refined cultural events. The hourly rental fee includes use of main room, dance floor, tables, chairs, commercial kitchen area (ice maker, microwave, gas oven and stove, refrigerators, coffee pots & urns, clean-up area, and prep area), podium, microphones, easel, PA system, Wi-Fi, I-POD docking station, projector and projector screen, and stage. This venue is waterfront of Lake Eustis.
