The Tin Building by Jean-Georges is a sprawling, 53,000-square-foot culinary destination located in lower Manhattan’s historic Seaport. The culmination of Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s legendary career, the building is inspired by the myriad international flavors that define him as a chef and serve as a tribute to the Seaport’s now-shuttered Fulton Fish Market.
