As a property listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Grand Canyon Hotel is not ADA certified, and we do not have an elevator. This is due to the historic nature and preservation requirements of our building. However, we are committed to being as ADA-friendly as possible within these limitations. We do offer first-floor rooms, and our team is happy to assist with selecting the most accessible options for your stay. If accessibility is a concern for anyone in your party, please call us directly, and we’ll gladly help you choose the most suitable accommodations to ensure a comfortable experience.
Condizioni annullamento
Either the Hotel or the Group may terminate this agreement without cause by providing written notice to the other party at any point prior to the scheduled event. Should such a cancellation occur, the canceling party agrees to pay a fee (the “Cancellation Fee”) as outlined below, plus any applicable taxes. For purposes of this section, “Guest Room Revenue” refers to the number of Total Contracted Room Nights specified in Section B, multiplied by the Single Occupancy Room Rate listed in Section C. Cancellation Fee Schedule: Within 90 days of the event start date: $________ (Represents 80% of the contracted guest room revenue and 40% of the agreed Food & Beverage minimum.) Between 91 and 180 days prior to the event: $________ (Equal to 70% of the contracted guest room revenue.) Between 181 and 364 days prior to the event: $________ (Equal to 50% of the contracted guest room revenue.) 365 days or more in advance of the event: $________ (Equal to 25% of the contracted guest room revenue.)
