Events of all shapes and sizes will find the perfect setting in one of our 17 meeting spaces. Encompassing 20,500 square feet in total, our venues are elegantly appointed and equipped with the latest in audiovisual technology. The Eden Vale Ballroom spans 6,200 square feet of space decorated in neutral earth tones. Up to 850 guests can congregate under contemporary light fixtures, or mingle in the multilevel pre-function area with its airy floor-to-ceiling windows. Slightly smaller but equally stylish, the Concord Ballroom is the ideal place for functions with up to 160 guests. Dark wood columns and recessed lighting create a modernist feel, while an adjacent outdoor patio provides fresh air for up to 50 people. Host up to 40 guests in the Cambridge Function Room, where floor-to-ceiling windows let natural light illuminate the room's modern art collection. Depending on your event, we can arrange tables in a boardroom format or in small groups for breakout sessions. The Garfield Boardroom seats ten and features ergonomic leather chairs around a built-in conference table. Let natural light from expansive windows help inspire innovation in this intimate setting.
