Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere is located in the new district of Belvedere, a very desirable district with extensive green areas, cultural attractions and sports facilities. In order to allow guests to experience the Andaz concept in Vienna, the hotel has been inspired by the spectacular art and architecture of the city, the diverse cuisine, the outstanding quality of life and the irresistible charm. Following Prince Eugene of Savoy, one of the leading developers and art collectors of his time and the man behind Belvedere Palace, the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere will showcase contemporary local art and design that will immerse guests in the history of Prince Eugene as well as the City of Vienna. The luxury lifestyle hotel, designed by the renowned architect Renzo Piano, offers 303 rooms and suites connected by interlocking bridges and sharing a spacious lobby on the ground floor. The 2,200 sq m meeting and events area, including a 705 sq m ballroom, provides the perfect space for innovative meetings or private parties. A breathtaking rooftop bar, located on the 16th floor at a height of 60 meters, will delight guests with its beautiful view overlooking Vienna. The restaurant, bar and lobby lounge are open to both hotel guests and non-residents. The Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere is the first Andaz, the lifestyle brand of Hyatt, in Austria.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY (subject to change) It is no longer possible to cancel the entire event or the entire contractually agreed room contingent free of charge once the contract has been signed. Until 12 months prior to arrival / first day of the event: 30% of the lost contracted events revenue and/or the lost contracted room nights will be charged Until 4 months prior to arrival / first day of the event: 60% of the lost contracted events revenue and/or the lost contracted room nights will be charged Until 4 weeks prior to arrival / first day of the event: 80% of the lost contracted events revenue and/or the lost contracted room nights will be charged From 4 weeks prior to arrival / first day of the event: 100% of the lost contracted events revenue and/or the lost contracted room nights will be charged In the event of late cancellation or if the room is not used (no-show), the hotel will charge the client 90% of the room price for the entire stay. Cancellation notices must be submitted to the hotel in writing. Please note that during fairs, congresses and special events different cancellation policies apply.
