Check-In Policy: 21 years or older (18 years or older with valid Military ID) Pet Policy: Service animals and Emotional Support Animals ("Assistance Animals") are welcome at all HomeTowne Studios By Red Roof® Properties and must be declared at check-in. One family pet no larger than 80 pounds is allowed per room with a $10 fee per night up to $100 a month. Deposit Policy: $50 deposit required at check-in for all daily guests, $100 deposit required at check-in for all weekly or monthly guests. Contact the hotel for more information. Special Policy: A valid ID is required at check-in. Housekeeping Policy: Out of respect for our guest's privacy, full housekeeping services are included in the price of your stay and offered once every two weeks, with a refresh in between. You may schedule additional housekeeping services on a customized schedule through the front desk for $10 per cleaning service.
