Cancellation: A minimum of a 30-day notice MUST be given. There is no refund of deposits due to cancellation. Deposits are placed on file as credits. Rescheduling: You may reschedule; however, a new deposit will be required. If you must reschedule a second time, a third deposit will be required. The deposits and credits on file will be forfeited if you cancel a third time.

Deposits All-Inclusive Non-Hunting Groups – Ox Safari, Bachelor, & Corporate We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If multiple individuals or families pay separately, they must complete their deposit within 10 days of the original booking date. If a 50% deposit has not been received by the deadline, the complete booking will be canceled, and you will lose any paid deposits.
