Ureshino Onsen Yudofu or hot tofu, made using the hot waters of Ureshino's hot springs, is deliciously runny and smooth. Ureshino Cha or tea, which is grown in the clear waters and pristine air of the misty Ureshino basin, can be tried in beverages and sweets throughout the region.
