The Mississippi can be given a flexible layout. The hall has a balcony with extra seats for 80 people and is suitable for large gatherings and meetings with an audience. The considerable height of the hall gives a pleasantly spacious impression and stands can also be placed here if necessary. The following facilities are included in the room rental: - One-time room setting during the entire event (changes in room setting during the event will be charged) - Forum table(s) -with or without front panels (based on availability) - and chair(s) - Translation booths (excluding installation & equipment) - Use of Foyer
