Il Grand Hotel Minareto è una lussuosa località balneare situata proprio di fronte all'isola di Ortigia, su un promontorio in mezzo alle acque cristalline della Riserva Naturale del Plemmirio. Le 85 camere e suite del resort si trovano in cottage riservati ed esclusivi sparsi nel rigoglioso parco mediterraneo: una splendida cornice dominata dal mare e dal cielo. L'ampia area congressi può ospitare fino a 420 persone sedute e grazie alle pareti scorrevoli può essere trasformata in sale di diverse dimensioni con diversi layout.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
