We are inspired by the Sundsvall stone town, and by the Medelpad landscape stone, the Alnoit and also by the contrast between the light and dark seasons. The hotel provides 270 rooms, restaurants, bars, rooftop terrace, spa and a large conference area.

A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
