The Magnolia commonly known as the southern magnolia or bull bay, is a tree native to the southeastern United State including Texas. This tree is a large striking evergreen tree with large dark green leaves and large white fragrant flowers sets it apart from all the other trees in Texas. The beauty of this room’s 2000 sqft. is extreme functionality in seating styles and arrangements, This room can be divided into 3 smaller sections of 675 sqft. each.
