He has helped create the appeal of Full Strength Funk Band, as a founding member, and has played all over San Diego and Orange County with Liquid Blue, Wild Nights, Tom Benzon, Casanova Serenade and even with the Tito Puente band as a guest artist for a Latin jazz special. As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property, including meeting rooms, guest rooms, and common areas. Designated smoking areas may be available outside the premises. Noise Control: Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for all visitors. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests or neighboring properties is not permitted. Outside Catering: Only approved catering vendors or in-house catering services are allowed for events or functions held within the property. Outside food and beverage services may require prior authorization and may be subject to additional charges or restrictions. Decorations and Modifications: Any decorations or modifications to the property, including walls, fixtures, or furniture, must be approved in advance by the management. The removal of existing property items or installations is strictly prohibited. Fire Safety: Open flames, such as candles or bonfires, are not allowed inside the property without prior approval. Guests must adhere to all fire safety regulations and guidelines, including not tampering with fire alarms or emergency equipment. Pets Policy: Unless the property is designated as pet-friendly, pets are generally not allowed within the premises. However, exceptions may be made for service animals in accordance with applicable laws. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities or actions that violate local laws or regulations are strictly prohibited within the property. This includes but is not limited to drug use, theft, harassment, or any other criminal activities. Parking Regulations: Guests must adhere to designated parking areas and follow any parking instructions provided by the property management. Unauthorized parking or blocking of emergency exits or designated areas is not permitted.

Cancellation Notice: For events scheduled less than 7 days in advance, a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours is required. For events scheduled more than 7 days in advance, a cancellation notice of at least 14 days is required. Cancellation Fees: If the cancellation notice is provided within the required timeframe, no cancellation fees will be charged. If the cancellation notice is not provided within the required timeframe, the following cancellation fees will apply: Cancellation notice between 48 hours and 14 days prior to the event: 50% of the total booking fee. Cancellation notice less than 48 hours prior to the event: 100% of the total booking fee. Refunds: If the cancellation notice is provided within the required timeframe and a deposit or prepayment has been made, a refund will be issued for the amount paid, minus any applicable cancellation fees. If the cancellation notice is not provided within the required timeframe, no refund will be issued, and the full booking fee will be retained. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
