Encar and Carlos in particular are truly stand-out employees! You are lucky to have them as the face of the Opal. And by extension, their entire staff took care of us and our guests like we were guests in their own homes. One attendee described the overall feeling of the meeting as a warm hug and another said it was as soothing as grilled cheese and tomato soup on a cold day. Not bad! We make a good team. * The meeting was a complete success – everyone loved the location, place, and accessibility of everything. Staff was great especially Carlos in banquets. Food and Beverage was very good, we were in just 2 meeting rooms but they were nice.
