Pre-Function Area

The Pre-Function Area is located outside the Wakefield Ballroom. Soft seating, coffee tables, end tables and lamps. A piano and a built-in bar is also located in this area. Piano and furniture may be removed to accommodate exhibits and vendors. Sliding glass doors allow entry/exit from the parking lot and loading/unloading area. Built-in registration booths, restrooms and six breakout rooms are adjacent. Ceiling heights vary in different locations in Pre-Function.
