L'Hotel Caputo ha origine nelle verdi colline dell'Irpinia, nella città di Lioni, il cui nome viene spesso confuso con la città francese di Lione. La città di Lioni è situata ai piedi del Monte Calvello, a soli 20 chilometri dalle piste da sci del Lago Laceno e (circa 30 minuti) da Paestum, Agropoli e altre località balneari, tutte facilmente raggiungibili tramite la nuova autostrada Ofantina. Immersa in un mare di verde, la città è l'oasi ideale per chi cerca un soggiorno all'insegna della tranquillità e del comfort notturno. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
