Yes, We have implemented several measures across our hotel which align with our group-wide policy of eliminating single-use plastic by March 2021. These include the use of biodegradable cling film and reusable containers in our kitchens.

Yes, With COVID sensitive floor rooms: all pillow, duvets and covers are changed after each guest use All departure rooms: duvet cover are changes daily, headboard would be cleaned and sanitised daily during when room is occupied, bathrobe to be changed daily
