L'hotel è dotato di un centro fitness professionale con attrezzature Technogym aperto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 e di una Mega Whirlpool con cascata svedese e cromoterapia. Il Lounge Bar dispone di una spaziosa area relax ed è il luogo ideale per bere un drink e rilassarsi alla fine di una giornata intensa. Iniziate la giornata con un'ampia scelta di prodotti salutari presso la nostra colazione a buffet o prenotate un tavolo al nostro ristorante Luci della Città, dove assaporerete alcuni pilastri della gastronomia toscana come la bistecca alla fiorentina, la Ribollita o la Pappa al pomodoro e alcuni dei più famosi vini toscani e internazionali. In base alla delibera del Consiglio Comunale n. 230/33 del 20/06/2011, dal 1° luglio il Comune di Firenze introdurrà la tassa di soggiorno, applicata ai non residenti che pernottano, per un massimo di 7 notti. La somma sarà riscossa come «tassa di pernottamento sui servizi turistici nel Comune di Firenze». Gli ospiti con residenza a Firenze e i bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni sono esentati dal pagamento.
