Estoril è situata lungo una bellissima costa con una varietà di spiagge eccellenti, adatte a tutti i tipi di turisti. Le spiagge sono una delle maggiori attrazioni della regione di Cascais/Estoril. Acque pulite e cristalline con servizi eccellenti sono alcuni degli attributi che renderanno la vostra visita un piacere indimenticabile. Grazie alla loro alta qualità, la maggior parte è stata premiata con l'ambita Bandiera Blu dell'Unione Europea.
Le spiagge del litorale di Estoril possono essere divise in due gruppi: le spiagge settentrionali di Estoril l, rivolte verso ovest, e le spiagge tra Lisbona ed Estoril, che hanno un orientamento a sud. Le spiagge rivolte a sud sono più adatte alle famiglie, con ottimi servizi e sono facilmente accessibili con i mezzi pubblici, ma tendono ad essere più affollate nei mesi estivi.
Le spiagge rivolte a ovest sono meno sviluppate e sono dominate dalle enormi onde dell'Atlantico che lambiscono la costa. Queste spiagge sono ideali per gli sport acquatici e sono sempre molto più tranquille rispetto alle spiagge più vicine a Lisbona, ma i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici possono essere limitati.
