The hotel’s location makes it ideal for overnight business trips, meetings and conferences. You’ll find vibrant and inspiring spaces to work and meet. Our modern and well-equipped meeting rooms provide the perfect setting for brainstorming sessions, team meetings, or presentations, with all the tech to get things done, as well as delicious and nutritious food & drink options. We have 9 meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 300 people in our Inspiration Suite with a private foyer area. This is complemented by our breakout area that offers a selection of unlimited hot & cold refreshments and snacks throughout the day. Village Hotel Birmingham Dudley is the perfect place for business travellers to switch off and unwind with a state-of-the-art gym and relaxing heated indoor pool, a buzzing Pub & Grill with great food, ice cold beers and big screen live sport. Plus our on-site Starbucks is open daily for everyone’s favourite coffees and snacks. We have delegate rates that include accommodation so your guests can refresh and recharge with an overnight stay in one of our rooms with super comfy beds, mega showers, huge TVs and cool tech. They won’t want to leave! Plans are underway with high-power European charging network, Ionity, to roll out electric vehicle charging points across all Village Hotels. The charging hubs use 100% renewable energy and provide ultra-rapid charging at up to 350kW, in approximately 23 minutes. EV chargers are due to go live at Village Hotel Club Birmingham Dudley in Autumn 2025. Village has developed a comprehensive ESG strategy over recent years. The priority areas have been broken down into a series of work streams that run right across the business and aim to tackle our biggest ESG challenges - decarbonisation, waste management, social impact. No charge up to 12 weeks prior to arrival. Any cancellation must be notified by the Client to the Hotel in writing. Village will acknowledge receipt of any cancellation within 24 hours. Village shall permit the Client to postpone and move a Booking to a future date that is not more than 6 months from the start of the original Booking Start Date.
