Cancellations No charges will be made before a 3 month period or if the contract is signed on a provisional basis and the event is cancelled more than 4 weeks in advance in writing to the Clayton Hotel Cardiff. In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed event which must be received by the Clayton Hotel Cardiff in writing, the following charges will apply: Over 3 months notice No Cancellation Charge Between 1 and 3 months Deposit Forfeited, 25% of estimated account for the function. Between 2 and 4 weeks 50% of estimated account for the function. Under 2 weeks 100% of estimated account for the function. Yes, Remove plastic straws, remove coasters with plastic backing/replace with paper. Remove small toiletry bottles/soaps & use large refillable bottles. Guest Laundry bags made from corn starch & are bio degradable.

Yes, Dalata ensures that when negotiating with utility providers, that only green certified electricity is purchased. Hotels in UK, NI and ROI are currently being supplied with 100% green electricity.
