In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed event which must be received by the Clayton Hotel Cardiff in writing, the following charges will apply: Over 3 months notice No Cancellation Charge Between 1 and 3 months Deposit Forfeited, 25% of estimated account for the function. Between 2 and 4 weeks 50% of estimated account for the function. Under 2 weeks 100% of estimated account for the function.
