Una dimora storica trasformata in un intimo hotel per creare un ambiente straordinariamente armonioso e tranquillo dove gli ospiti possono recuperare il sapore e il fascino di un'atmosfera antica e, allo stesso tempo, godere di tutti i comfort moderni. La Corta Albertina si affaccia sulla piazza del paese realizzata da Carlo Alberto di Savoia. Situata a Pollenzo, tra Alba e Bra - patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO - la terra dei grandi vini e della cucina raffinata. La Corte Albertina è ancora più evidenziata dalla presenza in questo piccolo villaggio della Banca del Vino e dell'Università di Scienze Gastronomiche. Le 25 camere disponibili combinano allo stesso tempo il sapore della calma antica e la funzionalità moderna. Un mix perfetto tra l'austerità tipica di una dimora storica e la calda atmosfera che solo un ambiente intimo e familiare può offrire. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
