L'AEMILIA HOTEL è un moderno hotel a 4 stelle, dal design raffinato ed elegante, completamente rinnovato nel 2021. La posizione strategica vicino al centro della città rende AEMILIA HOTEL la scelta perfetta per i clienti business. A un passo dall'Ospedale Sant'Orsola e dal centro storico, ma fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato, a 20 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto Marconi e a soli 5 minuti dalla tangenziale e dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale di Bologna. L'Aemilia Hotel dispone di un ampio e moderno Centro Congressi, che si sviluppa su una superficie di oltre 600 mq. Le 7 sale riunioni modulari, illuminate dalla luce naturale, possono ospitare fino a 400 persone; la sala plenaria ha una capienza fino a 230 persone. Tutti gli spazi sono dotati di connessione Wi-Fi gratuita in fibra ottica da 1000 Mbps, moderni proiettori e sistemi audio. Tra le novità, le elegantissime Lounge Room Pascoli e Carducci, che hanno recentemente subito un completo restyling, ideali per una pausa caffè o prenotate per briefing di piccole imprese e colloqui di lavoro. Banchetti, coffee break, aperitivi, pranzi e cene possono essere organizzati sia all'aperto, sulla spaziosa e accogliente terrazza situata al primo piano, nella quiete di uno spazio immerso nel verde, adiacente al nostro lounge bar, dotato di pergola e comode poltrone, sia all'interno del Ristorante Gurmè, nella sua cornice esclusiva. Il menu creato dal nostro Chef unisce i piatti classici della tradizione bolognese a numerose specialità della cucina italiana, con particolare attenzione alla stagionalità dei prodotti e alla qualità della materia prima, al fine di garantire un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello. Al settimo piano, la terrazza panoramica offre agli ospiti una vista unica sui tetti del centro di Bologna; questo spazio è arricchito da un solarium con vasca idromassaggio e può essere riservato per eventi aziendali estivi, feste private o servizi fotografici. Le nuovissime 125 camere, completamente rinnovate in stile moderno ed elegante, offrono elevati standard di comfort e praticità. L'Ospite ha la possibilità di scegliere, la soluzione ideale per le sue esigenze, tra le diverse tipologie di camere: Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite ed Executive Junior Suite. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
