Aspen is a bucket-list destination for meetings, incentives, and events with limitless outdoor adventure, world-class dining, shopping and culture all concentrated within a quaint mining town set against a stunning mountain backdrop. Aspen offers a diverse selection of hotels, ranging from historical to modern and affordable to luxurious; easy access through the Aspen Airport, located only three miles from downtown Aspen; and a forecast of sunshine 300 days a year. Aspen Chamber is the best first point of contact when considering Aspen, Colorado for a meeting, incentive or event. Aspen Chamber partners with clients to source hotels and venues; provides destination resources; organizes and hosts site visits and fam trips; and provides booking incentives and event support for group business. Aspen Chamber Resort Association (ACRA) will offset travel (air and ground transportation) for your group when you source a qualifying program through the Aspen Chamber Resort Association for distribution to our participating Aspen properties. ACRA will complete the offset through The Good Traveler whose platform offers a quick and easy way to make air travel more sustainable. The Good Traveler is a carbon offset program that works to restore the balance by keeping greenhouse gases out of the atmosphere.

Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is located only three miles from downtown Aspen, and is the most convenient airport in the Rocky Mountain region with a 10 minute ride into downtown! Aspen Airport offers up to 40 flights daily in the winter months and up to 22 flights daily in the summer months on United, American and Delta airlines. Additional airport options include: Denver International Airport (DEN) is 220 miles, approximately 4 hours. Eagle County Airport (EGE) is 70 miles, approximately 1.5 hours.
