TERMS & CONDITIONS About our rates At the Carlton Hotel Collection, it is our goal to make you feel comfortable, from the time you make your reservation to the time you check out of your room. With this in mind, we are happy to provide additional rate options, allowing the guest to chose which option provides the best value. Although each hotel has fixed published rates, we offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions, depending on the demand. Saver rate (pay now): best available rate with full deposit charge, non refundable, non changeable VAT In all our hotels prices include Value Added Tax of 9%. Guarantee Policy Credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation. In case of a no show the total value of the reservation will be charged. However details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen. Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy differs from your booking. I case of a Saver Rate, the rate is non-refundable and non-changeable. If you have booked a Flexible rate, your reservation may be cancelled till 2 days prior to arrival before 3pm. Cancellations after this time or in case of a now show the total value of the reservation will be charged.

Upon arrival you can't miss our Open Bar in the Living. All snacks and drinks from this self-service bar are complimentary. Make yourself at home and brew as many espressos as you like and have a Dutch cookie with it. Fancy a cocktail? Mix it just like you do at home. We also serve a Dutch cheese platter every evening and a wine buffet. Sit down in our comfy chairs, mingle with fellow travelers and most of all, enjoy! MINIBAR AND DECANTERS RELAX Did you just have a blast in the city? We know best how happy it makes you to have a bit of relaxing in your room after a long day of discovering. Take off your shoes, pour yourself a drink and lie down in the sofa. All drinks from the minibar are included in the price.
