Eleganza è il termine che meglio descrive l'Albergo Residenza Miramonti, ampi e spaziosi, rispecchiano il gusto e l'eleganza dell'intero complesso grazie ai colori tenui che, sapientemente miscelati con il legno proveniente dai nostri boschi, rendono l'ambiente caldo e confortevole. La nostra residenza comprende diversi appartamenti, tutti con mobili di pregio e mobili di lusso. La sala da pranzo, volutamente sobria e calda allo stesso tempo, può ospitare circa 60 persone e trasmette quella raffinata familiarità che inaugura l'inizio di un itinerario che porterà a una sensazione di appagamento sotto ogni aspetto. Il ristorante è accessibile non solo agli ospiti dell'hotel, ma anche a chiunque desideri gustare una buona cucina.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
