Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of booking to receive a 100% refund of your payment, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Cancellations made at least 8 days in advance of the check-in date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. If you are a "no-show," you will forfeit the full amount of the reservation. We do not give credit for early departures or for inclement weather. If a change in reservation is requested, Cliù Luxury Short Term Rentals will make reasonable effort to accommodate the change, additional charges may apply. For changes that result in different reservation dates, the new reservation start date must occur within a 90-day period of the original start date. Change requests made within 14 days of arrival that result in a shorter stay will not result in a refund of monies.
Additional details
Our venue is strategically located 2 miles from the Texas Medical Center and 3.3 miles from Downtown Houston. Each unit is luxuriously decorated, has a completely equipped kitchen, a sizeable living room with a queen sleeper sofa, free wifi, two (2) bedrooms with king sized beds and two (2) full bathrooms. We are THE perfect option for doctors, nurses and patients visiting the medical or convention centers. As well as corporate travelers working downtown. And we have been the preferred option for groups like wedding parties, family reunions, sports groups and convention travelers. Central parking is an issue for most central accommodations,but not for The Cliù! Our complex and parking lot are completely gated and can hold 3 or more commercial buses.
