-Under Costa Rican legislation smoking is not permitted in the hotel except in designated areas. -All hotel guests are required to wear an "All Inclusive" wristband for identification purposes -Use of gym, whirlpool bath and steam bath is restricted to guests over 18 years old. Sports shoes are compulsory when using the gym. Access to the whirlpool bath and steam bath, reservation required in advance.

Traditional Groups Policies (+10 rooms) CANCELLATION POLICY: -Within 91 days or more prior group's arrival, without penalty. -Between 90 and 61 days prior group's arrival, initial deposit will not be refundable. -Between 60 and 46 days prior group's arrival, group will have 1 night penalty per room. -Between 45 and 31 days prior group's arrival, group will have 2 night penalty per room. -Cancellations 30 days or less prior group's arrival, will apply no refund policy. REDUCTION POLICY: -Within 61 days or more prior group's arrival , without penalty. -Between 60 and 46 days prior group's arrival, reductions of 25% of the total room block without penalty; 75% of the remaining cancelled rooms will have 1 night penalty per room. -Between 45 and 31 days prior group's arrival, reductions of 15% of the total room block without penalty; 85% of the remaining cancelled rooms will have 2 nights penalty per room. -Reductions 30 days or less prior group's arrival, will apply no refund policy
