Facility Restrictions

Events can only be held from 5:30-11:00pm. No daytime space is available. Must use caterer from Approved Catering List. Open flames (above a votive candle), chocolate fountains, and birdseed/glitter/confetti are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

The venue refund policy is as follows: •Cancellation less than three months before event: no refunds •Cancellation three to six months before event: 25% of deposit refunded •Cancellation more than six months before event: 50% of deposit refunded FLMNH has the right to cancel an event if Rentals staff has not received the proper information to schedule for and carry out an event by three weeks prior to event.
