Le complexe Funtana est situé à côté de la petite ville de pêcheurs du même nom, à proximité de la ville de Vrsar. Les unités d'hébergement du complexe sont réparties dans quatre pavillons en cascade vers la plage et une piscine joliment conçue offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer, les îlots de l'archipel de Vrsar et la plage.
