L'hôtel Santa Isabel est situé au cœur de la ville de Tolède en Espagne. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un cadre historique et artistique privilégié, à côté de la cathédrale et très proche de l'architecture traditionnelle. La restauration récente de l'hôtel a conservé la porte principale, construite au XVe siècle, et l'ancienne structure, déterminée par plusieurs modifications apportées aux XVe et XVIe siècles. L'établissement compte 42 chambres, dont certaines offrent une vue sur la cathédrale.
