Situé en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Palamós et à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville, l'hôtel Trias est un établissement centenaire qui a ouvert ses portes en juin 2005 après une rénovation complète. Certaines personnalités renommées telles que Truman Capote et Ava Gardner ont séjourné dans l'hôtel et certains l'appellent donc « L'hôtel des étoiles ». Sa situation privilégiée en fait un point de vue exceptionnel sur la mer. L'hôtel dispose de 80 chambres doubles et de 2 suites junior, toutes avec salle de bain (douche), télévision, téléphone, WIFI ADSL gratuit, coffres-forts, chauffage et climatisation. Pour les événements et les réunions, la planification d'une stratégie commerciale dans une salle de réunion, l'organisation d'un cocktail, la réception de connaissances ou la préparation d'une grande fête, dans Fork & Pillow, tous les événements et réunions deviennent uniques et inoubliables.
