Le nouveau SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown a ouvert ses portes en juillet 2016 et est le résultat d'un projet de restauration de l'historique Commerce Building, situé au cœur du centre-ville de Milwaukee. Situé juste en face du Wisconsin Center (centre de congrès), les participants peuvent accéder facilement à leurs conférences et événements grâce à un accès intérieur supplémentaire grâce au système de passerelle attenant.
