Les salles de réunion de l'Espace Ouest Lyonnais sont élégantes, flexibles et entièrement équipées. Aménagées dans un ancien prieuré rénové, 18 salles de 20 m² à 70 m² peuvent accueillir de 5 à 300 personnes selon la configuration (théâtre, en U, clusters). Toutes sont équipées d'écrans ou de projecteurs, d'une connexion Wi-Fi dédiée, de tableaux blancs, de tableaux à feuilles mobiles et d'une insonorisation. Un espace de pause accueillant et des services de restauration sont disponibles pour les pauses-café, les repas, les buffets ou les cocktails.
