Le Parador de Vilalba domine le paysage de cette ville, au cœur de la zone « Terra Cha », qui est originaire de cette forteresse, résidence des Andrades, les comtes de Vilalba. L'hôtel propose des espaces confortables et accueillants aux allures médiévales ; dans la tour, 6 chambres partagent ce style médiéval avec le Salon de los Andrade, orné de fresques et de blasons. À l'ombre de la tour, le nouveau bâtiment en pierre est de style pazo, la maison de campagne galicienne, abritant les 42 chambres restantes, le restaurant et le bar.
