Emexotel KOCAELI a ouvert ses portes en 2002 à Izmit, dans la ville de Kocaeli, et a supprimé l'hôtel 5 étoiles indispensable à Kocaeli. Aujourd'hui, l'hôtel Kocaeli est devenu le point de rencontre de la région de Marmara. L'emexotel KOCAELI se trouve juste à côté du centre des expositions et des congrès de Kocaeli - Izmit et du très célèbre centre commercial Outlet, à 130 km de l'aéroport Atatürk, à 60 km de l'aéroport Sabiha Gokcen et à 2 km du centre-ville.
