We travel as far south as Las Vegas and as far north as Jackson Hole, but the bulk of our work is along the Wasatch Front in Utah. With a focus on seasonal and local, our style is Utah Mountain elevated. We love high end food and service, but our style of hospitality is casual and easy going, not pretentious or fussy. But perhaps what I most like is taking people on walks across some of the great bridges around our city: the Brooklyn Bridge, and especially the Williamsburg Bridge - and don't forget the great George Washington Bridge - for walks along the Palisades!
