Situé en plein cœur de la ville, l'hôtel se trouve à quelques mètres du centre-ville historique, dont les monuments incluent le palais du Marquis de Camposagrado (XVIIe siècle), ainsi que la Plaza de España avec l'hôtel de ville. L'hôtel El Magistral Avilés dispose de 26 chambres, toutes conçues pour garantir un séjour parfait dans un environnement chaleureux et agréable.
