L'hôtel comprend cinq suites, les suites 1 à 3 sont réparties sur deux étages, un salon et une cuisine au premier étage pouvant accueillir au deuxième étage ; cinq chambres par suite. Les suites 4-5 sont de plain-pied, les chambres à coucher, le salon et la cuisine sont sur un étage ; chacune possède quatre chambres. Toutes les chambres sont dotées de 2 lits queen-size ou d'un lit king-size. Les salons des suites 1 à 3 sont dotés de portes de garage mobiles en guise de murs, ce qui permet de combiner les espaces en un seul grand espace événementiel pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 300 personnes debout (4 840 pieds carrés). Chacune des suites dispose également d'une porte de garage donnant sur la cour/la piscine créant un espace intérieur/extérieur convertible. Le Roofdeck dispose d'une entrée privée, de 4 salles de bains, d'un hall intérieur climatisé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 180 personnes debout (2400 pieds carrés). L'ensemble de l'espace peut accueillir jusqu'à 520 personnes.
